Scheme for `small borrowers'

New Delhi Nov. 26. The Union Finance Minister, Jaswant Singh, announced a one-time settlement scheme for `small' borrowers from banks and financial institutions, while piloting the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets Bill through Parliament. It allows banks and FIs to recover their dues without going through the time-consuming judicial process.
