Shriram Transport pays 10 p.c. interim

CHENNAI: Shriram Transport Finance has announced an interim dividend of 10 per cent for 2002-03. The board has allotted 62.43 lakh equity shares of Rs. 10 each for cash at a premium of Rs. 2 per share to Citicorp Finance (India) on a preferential basis, says a NSE release.
