iSoft acquires Revive Group

CHENNAI: iSoft Group plc, a leading international supplier of healthcare information systems, has acquired Revive Group for a consideration of #4.05 million, of which #3.05 million is dependent on the turnover and profits of Revive in the three years following completion. Revive is the leading supplier of e-booking systems to NHS acute hospitals in the U.K., says a company release.
