Narula new ACC MD

MUMBAI NOV. 28. M. L. Narula will take over as Managing Director of ACC from T. M. M. Nambiar with effect from December 1.

The company board had on September 19 appointed Mr. Narula, director (operations) and chief operating officer, as MD till October 2005, ACC said in statement here today.

Mr. Nambiar has had the longest tenure of 27 years with the company and was elected president of the Cement Manufacturers Association by virtue of his contribution to the cement industry. — PTI
