Universe Dragon commences India operations

CHENNAI NOV. 28. The Hong Kong-based Universe Dragon, engaged in manufacturing and marketing of energy conservation equipment, has launched its Indian operations and introduced EPOCH 21 (electric power concentrated Harmoniser 21), an energy conservation product.

Universe Dragon is jointly owned by two Hong Kong based companies, Cheung Kong Infrastructure Holding and G-Prop Holdings Limited.

Addressing presspersons here, Simon Lee, Executive Director of G. Prop (Holdings), said the company had been aggressively expanding its business into the global market, including China, the Asia Pacific region, North and South America, Europe and Australia.

The company had obtained the worldwide patent for EPOCH 21 energy saver series which was later renamed the legend power energy saver series.

Universe Dragan, which established its production base in Hong Kong in 2001, had also plans to set up another manufacturing facility in Mainland China and the facility would be operational by the end of next year. The new facility would cater to the demands of U.S., Australia and India.
