4 die in militant attack

Jammu Dec. 1. Four persons including a security man were killed in Doda district of Jammu region this morning. Police sources said that around 7 a.m. militants launched an attack on a road opening party (ROP) in Pul Doda area situated near the district police lines. The security personnel retaliated and a two-hour encounter ensued. One Rashritya Rifles jawan and a civilian were killed.
