MPTC member of TDP shot dead

KARIMNAGAR DEC. 14. Naxalites belonging to the outlawed People's War shot dead the Telugu Desam Party MPTC member, Sindireddy Malla Reddy (35), in Bommapur village of Mahadevpur mandal on Friday night.

Police sources said that some 10 armed naxalites led by the PW Mahadevpur area committee secretary, Shobakka, went to the house of the MPTC member and took him out of the house and shot dead from a close range killing him instantaneously.

He is survived by his wife and two children.

The district TDP convenor, Gandra Venkateshwara Rao, has condemned the naxalites' brutal act. He expressed heartfelt condolences to bereaved family members.
