Describing the Gujarat elections as a turning point in the country's politics, Mr. Togadia said that only those who talk of Hindu interests could rule the country. "Today it is Gujarat, tomorrow it will be Delhi and also all other States. We will not leave any corner of the country untouched," he said here. The elections were a victory for the Hindutva ideology, he said and asserted that India would become a "Hindu Rashtra" within the next two years. The Hindutva movement, which was halted in its tracks in 1992, had been revived and would be taken to its logical conclusion, he said. UNI
