'No fly zones'

NEW DELHI DEC. 17. The Rashtrapathi Bhavan and its surrounding areas, Tarapur Nuclear Plant, Aviation Research Centre - Bhubaneswar, Delhi and Mathura oil refineries and the `Tower of Silence' at the Malabar Hill in Mumbai have been declared as ``no fly zones,'' the Rajya Sabha was informed today.

The Minister of State for Civil Aviation, Shripad Naik, said the proposals from other States for declaring many other areas as `no fly zones' were also being considered. — PTI
