SC nod for WiLL operations

NEW DELHI Dec. 17. The Supreme Court today permitted the Fixed Service Providers (FSPs) to provide Wireless in Local Loop (WiLL) mobility services and take in new subscribers.

A three-Judge Bench, comprising the Chief Justice G.B. Pattanaik, Justice H.K. Sema and Justice S.B. Sinha, however, remitted the matter to the Telecom Disputes Special Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) for fresh consideration of issues left undecided by it.
