Letters to the Editor
Sir This refers to the report that `Qualis' vehicles will be given for the Members of Parliament who work for the welfare of the people. Our politicians are increasing their luxuries by way of perks and vehicles. But they are asking the people to tighten their belts. Our judges are also craving for luxury cars, bungalows, etc., at the tax-payers' cost. In contrast, the poor people of Thanjavur district in Tamil Nadu are eating rats.
