Lecturer shot dead in Delhi

NEW DELHI DEC. 20. A Delhi University lecturer was shot dead by an unidentified assailant at the Shradhanand College campus in North Delhi today.

M. N. Singh was shot at point blank range by the assailant and a manhunt has been launched to nab him. — PTI
