PWD expands vehicle fleet

Bangalore Dec. 21. The Department of Public Works has purchased 13 Toyota Qualis vehicles as part of its fleet expansion and modernisation.

The vehicles were handed over to the Public Works Minister, Dharam Singh, on Saturday at the Chief Engineer's Office by K.K.Swamy, Deputy Managing Director, Toyota Kirloskar Motor Private Ltd., in the presence of Prasad Deshpande, Managing Director, Shodha Toyota, Hubli. Also present were Shailesh Shetty, Manager (Marketing), Toyota Kirloskar, and Mukul Sharma, General Manager, Shodha Toyota.
