Reacting today to the claim of Zakir Hussain Sayed, ACC Development Manager, that he had to cancel his visit to India as he was not able to obtain a visa, a senior diplomat of the Indian High Commission said that the visa had only been delayed because Mr. Sayed did not submit a complete application. Instead of submitting four sets of forms, as per the procedure, he had sent only two sets. However, Mr. Sayed said ``I have been travelling to India for long. I am aware of the procedures.'' PTI
