SEBI ban on Green Country

MUMBAI DEC. 27. The Securities and Exchange Board of India has barred the Chennai-based Green Country Agro Foods and Green Country Bio-Tech and their officials concerned from operating and accessing the capital market for five years for failing to refund the money to collective investment scheme (CIS) investors. These entities have been debarred from accessing and operating markets by order dated December 24 as they failed to comply with earlier directive.
