ICC threatens BCCI

London Dec. 27. The International Cricket Council today threatened to slap hefty compensation claims on the Board of Control for Cricket in India if it failed to meet its contractual obligations. Even as the BCCI virtually rejected its `final' offer, the ICC said any action by the former to avoid its legal obligation would create the potential for a ``significant claim for compensation''.
