'War against Iraq may start on Feb. 21'

LONDON DEC. 29. The U.S.-led war against Iraq may start on February 21, a leading British tabloid claimed today.

``The U.S. President, George Bush, has told the Israeli Prime Minister, Ariel Sharon, that midnight on February 21 will mark the start of the most devastating air strikes the world has seen,'' The Sunday Express reported.
