Gillette to sell geep battery business

MUMBAI: Gillette India is to sell its geep battery business to the Thanawala group. The geep battery business comprises brand names and sales and distribution network, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange after entering into an agreement to this effect with the Thanawala group.
