Four top IAS officers transferred

BANGALORE JAN. 4. The State Government has transferred four senior IAS Officers.

J.P. Sharma, Additional Chief Secretary and Chairman, Karnataka Appellate Tribunal, is transferred with immediate effect and posted until further orders as Additional Chief Secretary to Government, against the vacancy.

V.K.K. Gore, Principal Secretary to Government, Public Works Department, is promoted to officiate in the above super time scale of the IAS with immediate effect. He is posted, until further orders, as Additional Chief Secretary to Government and Development Commissioner, against the vacancy.

Abhay Prakash, Principal Secretary to Government (Revenue Reforms), Finance Department, is transferred with immediate effect and posted until further orders as Chairman, Karnataka Appellate Tribunal, Bangalore, vice J.P. Sharma, by reviving the cadre post.

The services of K.L. Negi, Chairman and Managing Director, Hutti Gold Mines Ltd., Bangalore, are withdrawn from the Commerce and Industries Department with immediate effect, and he is posted until further orders as Principal Secretary to Government, Public Works Department, vice V.K.K. Gore.
