SC extends Laloo's bail

NEW DELHI Jan. 6. The Supreme Court today extended by six months the interim bail granted to the RJD president, Laloo Prasad Yadav, and others in the multi-crore fodder scam cases.

A Bench, comprising Justice S. S. M. Quadri, Justice S. N. Variava and Justice Ashok Bhan, extended the period to all those accused who were earlier granted interim relief by the apex court and posted the batch of over 500 cases for further hearing on July 14.
