Advani, the Finance Minister, Jaswant Singh, the Food Minister, Sharad Yadav and the Deputy Chairman of the Planning Commission, K.C. Pant. Mr. Yadav and the Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Gopinath Munde, placed the demand of the ''crisis-ridden'' industry. However, no decision was taken in the meeting.
