``We have already obtained more than 60 lakh signatures''. A memorandum, backed by the signatures, will be handed over to the President and the Prime Minister in New Delhi during the third week of January,'' the party leader and Union Minister of State for Non-Conventional Energy Sources, M. Kannappan, told The Hindu here. Dismissing any misunderstanding with the State BJP, he said all prominent leaders, including L. Ganesan, had signed the memorandum. ``Even communist leaders have criticised the arrest of our leader in Parliament,'' he said. The question of seeking bail would arise only after the accused received copies of the charge sheet, said Mr. Kannappan.
