By Our Staff Reporter

CHENNAI JAN. 11. The DMK leader, Arcot N. Veerasamy's brother, N. Devarajan, who runs an out-door advertising agency, was on Friday granted anticipatory bail by the Madras High Court in a case registered against him and two of his workers.

Justice C. Nagappan allowed the bail plea and said that in the event of his arrest he be released on his furnishing a personal bond for Rs. 5,000, besides two sureties for a like sum each.

He should make himself available for interrogation as and when his presence was required by the investigating agency.

According to Mr. Devarajan, the workers— Raasekaran and Mahalingam— were working on the hoardings only based on court directives.
