Ex-Bajrang Dal leader killed

Ahmedabad Jan. 19. A former Bajrang Dal leader was stoned to death by some members of a minority community over ``personal rivalry'' in Surat, leading to tension in the city, police said today.

One person, Kalu alias Mustafa Hussain Sheikh, was arrested immediately after the incident on Friday night. Police said that Sheikh and 11 others cornered the former Bajrang Dal leader, Ganesh Solanki. After threatening Solanki, they hit him with stones, killing him on the spot.
