The services of S.L. Gangadharappa, Executive Director, Karnataka Watershed Development Society, Bangalore, are withdrawn from the Agriculture and Horticulture Department with immediate effect, and he is posted until further orders as Principal Secretary to Government, Health and Family Welfare Department, Bangalore, vice A.K.M. Nayak, transferred. The services of S.M. Acharya, Chairman and Managing Director, Karnataka Soaps and Detergents Ltd., Bangalore, are withdrawn from the Commerce and Industries Department with immediate effect, and he is posted until further orders as Principal Secretary to Government, Information, Tourism, and Youth Services Department, Bangalore, in the newly created post. A.K.M. Nayak, Principal Secretary to Government, Health and Family Welfare Department, Bangalore, is transferred with immediate effect and posted until further orders as Principal Secretary to Government, Water Resources Department, Bangalore, in the existing vacancy. On return from leave, the services of Subir Hari Singh are placed at the disposal of Commerce and Industries Department with immediate effect and until further orders for posting him as Chairman and Managing Director, Karnataka Soaps and Detergents Ltd., Bangalore, vice S.M. Acharya, transferred. D. Venkateswara Rao, Principal Secretary to Government, Youth Services Department, Bangalore, is transferred with immediate effect and posted until further orders as Principal Special Secretary to Government, (Food Processing & Harvest Technology), Agriculture and Horticulture Department, Bangalore, vice Raghavan Suresh, transferred. On return from leave, the services of V. Madhu are placed at the disposal of Commerce and Industries Department with immediate effect and until further orders for posting him as Managing Director, Hutti Gold Mines Ltd., Bangalore, in the existing vacancy. C.S. Kedar, Secretary to Government, Information, Tourism and Kannada and Culture Department, Bangalore, is transferred with immediate effect and posted until further orders as Secretary to Government, Kannada and Culture Department, Bangalore, in the newly created post. The services of C.H. Govind Bhat, Commissioner of Cane Development and Director of Sugar, Bangalore, are placed at the disposal of Commerce and Industries Department with immediate effect and until further orders for posting him as Managing Director, Karnataka Silk Marketing Board Ltd., Bangalore, vice B.H. Manjunath, transferred. Sanjiv Kumar, Commissioner, Health and Family Welfare Department, Bangalore, is transferred with immediate effect and posted until further orders as Commissioner for Labour, Bangalore, in the existing vacancy. Md. Sanaulla, Commissioner of Backward Classes, Bangalore, is transferred with immediate effect and posted until further orders as Commissioner, Health and Family Welfare Department, Bangalore, vice Sanjiv Kumar, IAS, transferred. Rajeev Chawla, Special Secretary to Government (Land Reforms), Revenue Department, Bangalore, is transferred with immediate effect and posted until further orders as Secretary to Government (e-Governance), Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms (Administrative Reforms), Bangalore, in the newly created post. He will also hold additional charge of the post of Special Secretary to Government (Bhoomi Project), Revenue Department, Bangalore, in the re-designated post, until further orders.
