NEW DELHI JAN. 29. The Congress remained unimpressed by the Cabinet reshuffle affected by the Prime Minister, Atal Behari Vajpayee. "This does not reflect a change in the policy and direction on the part of the Government'' the party spokesperson, Anand Sharma, said.
