The entrance examinations will be held at all the district centres and at the newly introduced centre in New Delhi on the dates mentioned below. Engineering April 22 (Tuesday), 10 a.m. to 12 noon, paper 1 Physics and Chemistry. April 23 (Wednesday), 10 a.m. to 12 noon, paper 2 Mathematics. April 23 (Wednesday), 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., aptitude test in Architecture. Medical/Agriculture April 24 (Thursday),10 a.m. to 12 noon, paper 1 Chemistry and Physics. April 25 (Friday), 10 a.m. to 12 noon, paper 2 Biology. All candidates who seek admission to the Government seats that are to be filled on the basis of the rank in the entrance examinations should apply in the prescribed application form, provided they satisfy the eligibility conditions as laid down in the prospectus and appear for the entrance examination. All candidates belonging to the `non-Keralite category-2' shall be eligible for admission only to the seats in the self-financing colleges in the State. Non-Keralite candidates will not be considered for admission against reserved seats. Only one application form need be submitted for both engineering and medical examinations, including the aptitude test for architecture. SC/ST candidates should apply in pink forms while others should apply in the general form. Candidates under the `other eligible communities' (OEC) should apply in the general application form. The cost of application for general candidates is Rs. 700, while it is Rs. 350 for SC/ST candidates. There is no separate fee for the architecture test. Application forms will be sold through selected post offices in Kerala and outside, from February 5 to February 28. The cost of the application should be remitted in cash at these centres. Those who wish to get the application by post in India, should remit an amount of Rs. 800 (Rs. 450 for SC/ST candidates) by money order to the `Manager (Business Development), Office of the Chief Post Master General, Kerala Circle, Thiruvananthapuram-695033, Kerala. Payment by cheque/DD/Postal Order will not be accepted. Full and correct address of applicant, along with the PIN code should be mentioned in the money order form. The type of application form required (general or SC/ST) should be mentioned in the MO. The money orders will be accepted only up to February 22, 2003. Application forms will not be sold from the office of the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE). All those who purchase application forms will also be given an original OMR sheet, prospectus and an envelope bearing the address of the CEE. Candidates should make sure that the serial number printed in the OMR, the application and the cover is one and the same. The last date and time for submitting the completed application forms, the original OMR data sheet and other relevant documents in the envelope bearing the CEE's address is March 3, Monday, 5 p.m. Applications can be submitted directly or by registered post and will be received on holidays also. Applications received after the said time and date will be rejected. An extract of the prospectus will also be available on the website `cee-kerala.org', a press note issued by the CEE, here, today said.
