Conflict of interest

Sir, — In giving Arun Shourie additional charge of the Telecommunications Ministry, the Prime Minister seems to have overlooked a potential conflict of interest. If the Government decides to disinvest in the two telecom companies, MTNL and BSNL, which cap will Mr. Shourie wear: the Disinvestment Ministry's or the Telecom Ministry's?
