``I am apprehensive that the Congress Government in the State may orchestrate violence for diverting public attention and I suspect its intentions. Madhya Pradesh's condition is sliding from bad to worse and the Government has been unable to fulfil the people's expectations,'' she told reporters here. ``The Congress did not take its responsibility seriously and turned a Nelson's eye on problems such as power, roads and employment. Ministers facing allegations of corruption were promoted and the `chief of such ministers' cannot be clean. The Government is driving a wedge between Muslims and Hindus,'' Ms. Bharti added. UNI
