Musharraf rejects claim

MOSCOW FEB. 6 . The Pakistan President, Pervez Musharraf, today rejected India's claim that it had shot down an unmanned Pakistani spy plane in Kashmir.

``I only wish we had an unmanned spy aircraft,'' Gen. Musharraf told journalists here. An Indian Army spokesman said yesterday that India had shot down the plane on a ``spying mission'' after it crossed the Line of Control.

"We have no spy aircraft," Gen. Musharraf said, adding that "nothing of that sort has happened".
