Sir, The photograph showing the Prime Minister receiving the President, A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, and the Iranian President, Mohammad Khatami, at the Republic Day parade (Jan. 27) was a master-piece but for the poor attire of the Defence Minister, George Fernandes. What prevents the Defence Minister from dressing in a manner befitting the occasion?
