Metrowater grievance meeting

Chennai Feb. 7. Residents who could not attend the monthly grievance meeting of the Metrowater, held on the first Friday of every month, can air their complaints to officials at the meeting scheduled for Saturday.

These sessions would be held between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. in all the ten area offices of the Metrowater and residents can air their grievances and submit petitions to the Metrowater officials.

A superintending engineer would be present at each of the Area offices, while three Chief Engineers would be visiting the sessions in turns, a Metrowater press release here said and added that out of 17 petitions received in the previous month's meeting, action had been taken in 12 cases, while work was on to attend to the rest.
