French Air Force chief to visit J&K

NEW DELHI FEB. 10. A high-level military delegation from France would be the latest overseas visitors to Jammu and Kashmir at a time when Indo-Pak. ties have taken a turn for the worse.

The scheduled visit of overseas military personnel to the Siachen Glacier indicates the easing of Indian sensitivity over that part of the region after the international community ceased viewing the dispute through an `impartial' prism by acknowledging that Pakistan-sponsored terrorism was hindering a peaceful solution.
