Reliance Capital forfeits equity shares

MUMBAI: Reliance Capital has forfeited 12.61 lakh equity shares due to non-payment of allotment/call monies, according to the Bombay Stock Exchange. Out of these forfeited shares, 35,466 shares were annulled by the company, the BSE informed its members.
