Dalmia's charge

KOLKATA FEB. 13. The Indian Cricket Board today accused the International Cricket Council of ``bending backwards'' to protect the interests of the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) with regard to the World Cup matches to be played in Zimbabwe.

``These are delaying tactics to allow England to see the result of other matches and decide accordingly,'' the Board president, Jagmohan Dalmia, told newspersons here.
