"An absolute humdinger"
Richard Hadlee gave a huge sigh of relief after New Zealand beat the West Indies by 20 runs to stay in contention the Pool B.
After losing to Sri Lanka and having decided not to travel to Nairobi for the Feb.21 clash against the tournament co-hosts Kenya, New Zealand would have struggled to qualify for the Super Sixes.
``It was a huge win,'' said Hadlee, who is also chairman of New Zealand Cricket. ``They scrapped really hard, it was an absolute humdinger.''
