Umpire voices concern

JOHANNESBURG Feb. 17. English World Cup umpire Peter Willey is worried about handling two games in Zimbabwe now that the England team has decided not to go there, championship officials said on Monday.

According to David Richardson, general manager of the International Cricket Council, Mr. Willey voiced his concerns before the championship started when the England players were saying they were scared to go to the politically-volatile country.
