NEW DELHI FEB. 17. The Indian Youth Congress' Delhi unit today launched a "jan-jagran'' (public awareness) campaign in the Capital to "expose the BJP-led NDA Government at the Centre for its anti-people and anti-youth policies.''

Launching the programme, which was attended by several Congress MLAs, Councillors and party leaders, IYC's Delhi unit chief, Rajesh Lilothia, said the party activists would go to every household explaining the failures of the NDA Government and how the BJP and its allies were vitiating secular atmosphere of the country.

They would also highlight the achievements of the Sheila Dikshit Government in the Capital which included work done under Bhagidari Scheme, development activities like Metro Rail and construction of flyovers, he said, adding campaigns would be launched at block-level so that its could be converted into a mass movement.
