dated February 24, 1953: President Prasad's Valuable Advice

From the Editorials: "Unity in the country must persist after separation. These words Dr. Rajendra Prasad has uttered gave a profound truth of universal validity and practical importance. The President is a simple and sincere man whose genuine goodwill imparts a conviction lacking in the glib pronouncements of mere politicians. When he, therefore, warns us to profit by past experience and to safeguard the future with unremitting vigilance, he knows what he is talking about, in regard to forming a separate State of Andhra. The decision to establish Andhra has not put an end to difficulties, but has brought them, all along implicit in the situation, into prominence. Everyone hopes that these difficulties will be got over successfully."
