Charges to be framed

New Delhi Feb. 27. The Shivani Bhatnagar murder case entered a crucial phase today with a Delhi court ordering framing of charges against the senior IPS officer, Ravi Kant Sharma, and five others chargesheeted in the case. The court fixed March 3 for formal framing of charges.
