By Our Staff Correspondent

MOODBIDRI MARCH 1 . Youths should strive for realisation of their goals, the Chairman of Alva's Education Foundation, M. Mohan Alva, has said.

He was inaugurating a workshop on "Academic enhancement programme", organised by the Foundation Trust and Alva's Pre-University College, here.

C.H. Krishna Shastri Balila, resource person, gave tips to students on how to face examinations and secure more marks.

Stating that there was no substitute for hard work, he noted that the process of examinations was arduous. Every stage of examination required elaborate preparation and careful planning.

He advised students to ensure that they prepared for each subject thoroughly and not ignore any of them. The quality of answers mattered a lot, he said and added that they should be precise.

Prof. Balila also informed students on the new system of evaluation.
