Holding that a prima facie case existed against Mr. Sharma, co-accused Sri Bhagwan, Sat Prakash, Pradeep Sharma, Ved Prakash alias Kalu and Ved Prakash Sharma, the Additional Sessions Judge, J. M. Malik, said the prime accused, who had physical intimacy with Shivani, got her killed as she threatened to spoil his life and career. The court fixed March 20 for trial. PTI
