Mastek to launch BPO business

MUMBAI: Mastek will soon commence its business process outsourcing (BPO) business. The BPO business will operate through Mastek BPO Pvt. Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary company in India, said a press release. The new venture will have an authorised share capital of Rs. 100 million. The company's new facility for its BPO operations would be based at Thane near Mumbai, the company said. — PTI
