Application for SC/ST tuition fee

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM March 5. Headmasters of Government and aided schools in the State should immediately make separate lists of SC and ST students studying in the eighth standard and submit an application to the District Education Officer (DEO) for the IT tuition fee for such students.

According to a press note here today, the DEOs should collect these applications and submit it to the office of the Deputy Director of Education before March 20.

The money received for this should be deposited by the headmasters in the bank account of the school's IT@School advisory committee and should be spent as per the existing regulations for IT education.
