Rupee gains further ground

MUMBAI MARCH 6. The rupee gained further ground against the U.S. currency today due to healthy trade inflows and helped by a weak dollar overseas market at the interbank foreign exchange market here.

Closing at 47.6250/6350 a dollar, the rupee posted yet another paisa gain from Wednesday's close of 47.6350/6400 in directionless business. — PTI
