Pak. spy held in Delhi

New Delhi March 7. The Delhi Police today claimed to have arrested a spy engaged in supplying sensitive defence documents to the Pakistan High Commission here, almost a month after exposing Islamabad's role in financing terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir through its mission here.

Onkar Nath Kalia (63), a book-seller, was nabbed near the Pakistan High Commission in Chanakyapuri area when he was allegedly proceeding to deliver certain classified defence documents there, police said.

The arrest by a team of a Special Cell headed by the Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP), L.N. Rao, came on information from intelligence agencies that a person would visit the Pakistan High Commission on his two-wheeler, they said. — PTI
