New CJ of Himachal HC

SHIMLA MARCH 8. The Chief Justice of the Jharkhand High Court, Vinod Kumar Gupta, was today sworn in as the Chief Justice of the High Court of Himachal Pradesh. The Governor, Suraj Bhan, administered the oath of office at a simple ceremony. The Chief Minister, Veerbhadra Singh, his Cabinet colleagues, bureaucrats, judges and bar members were present. — PTI
