Blast in TDP activists' house, maid killed

KURNOOL MARCH 9. A 60-year-old maid servant died in a blast at the house of a TDP activist at Injedu in Uyyalawada mandal of Kurnool district on Sunday.

According to reports, the maid servant, Chennamma, was cleaning the house of Viswanatha Reddy when she came across a bag. Not aware of the contents of the bag, she was bringing it outside when the bag fell accidentally triggering a blast.

She died on the spot when the crude bombs went off. Police are investigating the case.
