JeM militant killed

NEW DELHI MARCH 12. A plan of the Pakistan-based Jaish-e-Mohammad to carry out a strike in Delhi or Mumbai similar to the Parliament attack was foiled today with the killing of a top Pakistani terrorist of the outfit, Manzoor Dar alias Sirajudin Khan, by a joint team of the STF at around 2.30 a.m. in Noida adjoining the national capital.

His unidentified accomplice managed to escape.
