Letters to the Editor
Sir, This has reference to "Christian council demands apology" (March 12). Why should they demand it from the Gujarat Government for `carrying out a survey' of Christians in the State? The alleged survey of Muslims in Mumbai before the riots in which they were targeted, the recent killings that went on for days in Gujarat, the previous attacks on Christian institutions and people in the State make Christians suspicious and has caused fear and terror in their minds. What is needed is guarantee for their life and property and the removal of the fear.
